  • Question : Is the out body made of aluminum? And how long does the bottle last?
    Answer : Running several times a day for over a week and still on bottle 1. Not good with metals but believe to heavy to be aluminum. Hope this helps. FYI going to purchase more absolutely love it just wish could run for more than 90 minutes without resetting.
  • Question : How long does the battery life last between charges?
    Answer : The battery holds up to a 36 hour charge and will last anywhere from days to months depending on the strength, intermittent settings, and how often it is used.

    Answer : No, we don’t recommend using a fragrance oil. What you breathe and smell matter. At CandaScent Labs, we offer full transparency so you know what molecules you are smelling and breathing in, and what effects they have on your body. We use nature as our guide to formulate for your health and well being. Under the term “Fragrance,” there is no requirement to provide any information about the composition, or require a full list of ingredients as fragrance formulations are considered trade secrets. Synthetics can contain phthalates and parabens that are endocrine disrupting and harmful to your health. Fragrance oils can also clog the machine.
  • Question : Will the diffuser fit into a car cup holder?
    Answer : Yes, your diffuser is portable and fits nicely in your car cup holder!
  • Question : What are the intermittent mist modes?
    Answer : Your diffuser comes programmed with 4 different intermittent mist settings. For detailed instructions on how to select intermittent mist modes: Tap and hold the Power button for 3 seconds to switch ON the diffuser. The green light will turn on; one bar of light is an indication that intermittent mist mode #1 is active. Tap the power button once to enable two bars to light up. Tap the power button again to enable three bars to light up.
  • Question : How do the timer buttons work?
    Answer : After the diffuser is switched ON, the diffuser will automatically be set to run for 4 hours. Tap once on the Timer button to turn ON the timer mode to 30 minutes. Tap the Timer button again to increase to 60 minutes. Third tap on the Timer button will increase the duration to 90 minutes. Fourth tap on the Timer button will automatically revert your diffuser to run on its 4 hour time setting before shutting off.
  • Question : Can I dilute my diffuser blend with water or a carrier oil?
    Answer : No, you cannot dilute your diffuser blend with water or carrier oil. The unit is made to atomize small particles of essential oils and not water. If you mix water in, the water and oil will separate and not work as intended. Carrier oils will clog the machine and offer no aromatic benefits.
