The Garmin DriveSmart 71 with traffic EX GPS latest model is a great improvement over the Nuvi 1490LTM. The new screen is larger and easier to see, with clearer voice commands, more options and showing more data than the previous model. The GPS system was shipped promptly with an easy setup and enough on board memory for map updates. Most customers like the product, find it easy to read and appreciate the voice activation feature. However, one customer is having trouble with Bluetooth installation, and traffic feature requires extra setup or subscription, making it too complicated to work without external devices. Another customer ordered the Model 65 but received Model 71 and is happy with the upgrade at a lower price than buying directly from Garmin.
