They are average in all aspects, sound cancelling and sound quality arent top notch, but if youre not a music freak you will enjoy them so much, however id recommend the sony xm3, better noise cancellation and sound quality but less good looking, i went for the beats because they are hot in dark blu

It sure can, works awesome with my HP work laptop and my gaming rig Alienware, just pair it if any device has Bluetooth.
