- Question : Is the watch suitable for swimming?Answer : No.
- Question : What is the diameter of the watch case?Answer : 25mm.
- Question : Is the band adjustable?Answer : Yes, the band is adjustable.
- Question : How do you access the indiglo light? My other Timex watches have a separate button for light? I don't see a 2nd button.Answer : By pressing the crown/stem activates the Indiglo light.
- Question : How hard is it to open up and change battery? (Have 2 already I can't open!)Answer : We prohibit removing the back casing and changing the battery without proper tools to avoid causing any damage to the watch. We highly suggest consulting the nearest jeweler or local watchmaker for assistance, or you may also contact our customer service team for a battery replacement request.
- Question : How long does the battery last and what size battery does it take for replacement?Answer : Depends. I will pull the stem out when not wearing to save the battery. Reset & push stem in when I want to wear. I haven't replaced battery yet, but will go to Batteries + Bulbs and purchase lifetime warrantied battery when it's time. Hope this is helpful.
- Question : My watch still glow but keeps losey time. Timex would not put under a warrentee. It losers 45 minutes a day?Answer : Mine is still keeping good time.
- Question : does it smell bad if exposure water ?Answer : Thank you for your email. The band should not smell in a light exposure from water and you wipe it right away. Leather bands should not be expose in a long duration in water as it will have some effects on the stitching of the band.
