- Question : Is this mat heat resistant?Answer : No mat would be resistant to intense heat. It is fine in the sun and at the gym.
- Question : I like the thickness of the mat, but it seems more like a thick drawer liner than an actual yoga mat. Any help?Answer : It’s not a yoga mat although it can be used for yoga. The material is spongy like anti-fatigue mats that people stand on. It can be used as a sleeping pad for car camping.
