  • Question : Does it come with a headset?
    Answer : No, it does not come with a headset. You can plug in any compatible headset with the 3.5mm audio jack.
  • Question : Can I connect it to my phone?
    Answer : Yes, you can connect it to your Android phone via Bluetooth. iOS support is coming in the future.
  • Question : Can I customize the buttons?
    Answer : Yes, you can remap buttons and create custom controller profiles for your favorite games using the Xbox Accessories app.

  • Question : Does the old xbox rechargable battery work with the new controllers?
    Answer : The Xbox play and charge kit batteries will work but the old cable won't because the new controllers use USBC. You can use any good quality USBC cable you might have lying around. If you have batteries that use special battery covers they won't fit. The new battery covers are shaped differently. The bay the battery goes into is the same size but the covers are shaped differently.
  • Question : Will this work with an existing xbox wireless adapter on a pc?
    Answer : Yes, it will work with an existing Xbox Wireless Adapter.

    Answer : It does not. This is compatible with Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, Xbox One, Windows 10 PC, and Android.
  • Question : Are the batteries that come with it the rechargeable ones, or would you have to buy a charging kit for it?
    Answer : Thanks for your question. This Xbox Wireless Controller comes with two AA batteries and is not rechargeable on its own. To make it rechargeable, we recommend getting the Xbox Rechargeable Battery and USB-C Cable for Xbox Series X/S.
  • Question : Is low battery indicator available on all platforms? Really annoying when it simply die all of a sudden.
    Answer : Just use a battery pack. So much easier! I had batteries in mine when I first gotten it too, but with the battery pack charger, and battery pack, it’s so much easier than worrying about getting new batteries all the time. All you need for the battery pack charger is an Android cord and have it plugged into something with the USB port.
  • Question : Does anyone else experience crackling/popping/stuttering audio through headphones, and random disconnects?
    Answer : No I have not had that happen with my controller
  • Question : Will a usb c cable be included in the box or sold separately?
    Answer : A USB-C cable is not included in the package, but it will work with standard USB-C cables. Our Xbox Rechargeable Battery + USB-C® Cable does include a USB-C cable as part of the kit for those that prefer a rechargeable option.
  • Question : How do you recharge this controller?
    Answer : The controller uses two AA batteries. You can use disposable batteries, or rechargable batteries. We recommend rechargable batteries because they work in any product that uses AA batteries.

Looking at the Q&A section, the Xbox Wireless Controller – Daystrike Camo Special Edition for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Windows 10 Devices. comes with a USB-C port and a built-in 3.5mm stereo headset jack. It is compatible with most standard wired headsets and most mobile devices via Bluetooth. The controller may connect via Bluetooth to Windows 10 PC if the PC supports it. The controller is designed and manufactured by Microsoft. There were a few negative reviews. One customer had issues with connecting the controller to their Xbox and contacted Xbox support for help. Another customer received a pre-opened box and had issues with the right toggle drift, and they couldn't return it as the return time had passed. However, most customers were happy with the product and mentioned that it worked as expected and looked great.
