- Question : Will the vest fit someone who weighs 300 lbs, is 6'3, with a 54 inch chest?Answer : It should fit you, HOWEVER take note that it depends on how big your stomach may protrude and how high your stomach rises. This type of vest (mid level) is best for bigger bellied ppl as it comes to just about level with the rib cage, but certain exercises tend to bring the belly upwards. If you're going to use it for walking predominantly you should not have any problems.
- Question : If we want to add more than 35lbs to the vest & buy different weights, what dimensions do we need to keep in mind for the iron weights?Answer : I don’t think you can add different weight bars as the ones that come with the vest are an exact fit.
