The case also comes with a copper shim and heat transfer pads. The lack of a cooling fan means there is no concern for it failing and causing the system to overheat. The case is a good fit for the Raspberry Pi 4 with gaps for ribbon cables and LED lights visible through the front. There were some minor issues with a scratched corner and one hole for screws not being drilled straight, but overall, customers were satisfied with the purchase and would buy again.
