The label does not give that specific information. It does suggest using 1-2 teaspoons per cup. The jar contains 3.53 ounces. After quickly measuring, my estimation is there are about 55 teaspoons to a jar.

Does organic coffee contain acrylamide?

There are two types of coffees (neither instant) that do NOT have them. Apparently most instant coffees do, however, Mount Hagen was not tested by the FDA. Other sources such as potato chips and toast and white bread have massive amounts compared to any coffee (see article).

Is it tested for mold?

I sure don't know the answer to that or how to find out if it is. I do know it's the best freeze dried coffee I've ever had.

I don't know versus JK, but it is the most tasty regular organic and also the hands down best decaf (which is hard to find) coffee - also I love the shape of the bott.

Is Mount Hagen instant coffee kosher? Who certifies it?

This coffee does not have kosher certification. It did prior to February 2017, now certification expired.

Where is this coffee grown?

I can't find that on the jar, but it says processed in Germany and talks about Arabic coffees being the best.

What is the shelf life of this coffee?

Our current batch expiration date is August 17, 2020.

Is this instant coffee a dark or medium roast?

This is a medium roast. In my opinion the best instant on the market.
