- Question : Can I buy just the lid? I seem to have lost the original one.Answer : Unfortunately no, not from Contigo because they do not offer any. I'm having the same exact problem!! Also, no clear answer on if the lids are universal or which replacement lids may work either.
- Question : What replacement ring washer do I get for the snap lid 20 oz handled Contigo mug?Answer : You probably have to get a whole new cup. Don’t think parts are sold separately.
- Question : Can it be refrigerated?Answer : I don’t know if refrigeration works in this cup but iced beverages stay cold for hours if you have a few cubes in it. I love this cup and I take it everywhere.
