    Answer : To push the water out, please stand in front of a sink, bend forward to your comfort level, and tilt your head down. Keep your mouth open and do not hold breath. Place cap snugly against your right nostril and press the button on the bottom until the solution starts draining from the other nostril or mouth.

    Answer : It does both, you can tip the bottle upside down and then squeeze it to release the water mixed with saline. The nozzle has a good angle that allows the liquid to run in one nostril and out of the opposite one.
