- Question : Where is this made?Answer : Some place where the employees are treated less than just like your job!
- Question : Can the watch control music on my smartphone while connected via Bluetooth?Answer : No. This device cannot control media or calls on the connected device/phone. It also does not have internal memory to be able to load music onto for local streaming and control.
- Question : Vibrate with notifications?Answer : Yes, but. Android users should read this first. You can either enable notifications, or disable them. You cannot restrict in any way which apps can notify your watch. So apps that have persistent notifications, like weather apps, constantly ping the watch, as in non-stop constant notification. The most annoying part is in order for the Casio Android app to run 24x7 and android to not kill the service, it needs a persistent notification. So the casio app causes the watch to constantly notify me that the Casio app is running. Because of this I had to completely turn off notifications. They were useless. Casio incorrectly says in their documentation that 'it is not possible to use watch operations or CASIO WATCHES app operations to select the apps from which notifications are sent,' but this is simply not true.
- Question : Can the activity tracking be synced with Google Fit?Answer : No, it cannot. The new Casio app, 'Casio Watches', does not have any 3rd party integrations. No Strava. No Google Fit. No myfitnesspal. Nothing. You cant even export data at all. You can see the data in the 'Casio Watches' app and that's it. The old app which is being shut down called 'G-Shock Move' did allow 3rd party integrations.
- Question : Can the dw-h5600 it broadcast hr to other devices like a treadmill or indoor rower?Answer : I'm pretty sure that's not possible, it's a watch but not quite a smart watch.
- Question : Vomi with Blood pressure readings?Answer : It indicates heart rate not blood pressure.
- Question : What's the battery life?Answer : Tough Solar. Manual says 6 months in complete darkness.
- Question : Will this fit a man with a 9.25 inch wrist?Answer : I don't think that it will. It's a smaller watch than it looks in the description. I sent it back because it was too small.
