The PACKT Endeavor Waterproof Martingale Collar for Dogs is a collar made for medium dogs, which is waterproof and has no stink. It is also made in the USA. However, there are some negative reviews from customers. For one, a customer with a 90-pound American Akita dog claims that the collar snapped when the dog tried to chase after some deer. The collar also caused irritation around the neck of another customer's dog after two weeks of use. Additionally, the black portion of the collar does not flatten out. There are some positives, such as the collar being sturdy and perfect for swimming.
