- Question : Are these Dewflex ballet flats machine washable?Answer : I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it, however, one of mine somehow got tangled in with some laundry and went through a normal wash (warm wash/cool rinse). I let it air dry. It was absolutely fine. In fact, the pair later got really gritty and I threw them both in on purpose. I’m still wearing them a year later.
- Question : Can the insoles of these Dewflex ballet flats be removed?Answer : No. The insoles can’t be removed.
- Question : Can these Dewflex ballet flats be stepped into or do you have to bend over and stretch the back of the shoe over your heel?Answer : I just step right into mine. They are very comfortable and feel great. I have wide feet and they don’t fee too narrow. I would assume if you get the right size they should slide right on for you too.

- Question : Do the backs of these Dewflex ballet flats dig into the back of your Achilles tendon? Is the back very stiff or fairly pliable?Answer : Does not dig into my Achilles. The back is soft to me and comfortable.
