I didn't see spoon inside?

The scoop inside of this container is very very smaller. The scoop is not even 2 inches long and very shallow at the scoop. I would use a fork to dig around in the container for this as it was not on top for me.

When expires the product?

My container was marked to expire about one year from when I recieved it. Probably would last longer if you stored it properly in a dark dry place that does not have temperature fluctuation. But if you just take it on a regular as specified, you won't have to ever worry about expiration.
