    Answer : Additional concrete anchors may be required and are available through Mounting dream team with the sizeφ10x50mm. Please refer to MD2268-XL if prefer one-piece wall mount.
  • Question : Does this mount allow for horizontal movement to help fine tune centering on the wall?
    Answer : Yes, depending if the VESA hole pattern does not maximize the spacing on the wall bracket. If the VESA holes are 600mm horizontal which is maximized, then there is no additional spacing allowed for centering.
  • Question : Does it have a level adjustment if the mount is slightly off?
    Answer : The mount is rigid. A level (supplied) is required at time of installation. If a minor adjustment is required you might be able to get a 1/8th of an inch up or down by loosening the lag bolt with washer, adjusting up or down and retightening. If more adjustment is required you are going to have to start anew.
  • Question : Can it be tilted when mounted?
    Answer : Yes, the MD2268-LK has a maximum tilt of 10 degrees.
  • Question : How tall is the inside opening of the mount? I need to mount this over an outlet and want to confirm the inside opening is large enough.
    Answer : The wall mount bracket has two rectangular openings - both are 5"H x 11"W

  • Question : Will this work on a samsung 55" nu6900 (un55nu6900fxza)? heard that the mounting screw size options may not work with this tv. no m8x43mm m8x45mm
    Answer : The MD2268-LK will require up to 24" inch wood studs fitting up to 600mm x 400mm VESA hole combinations able to support up to 132 lbs maximum weight which is perfectly compatible within range with the TV specifications. The Mounting Dream package are included with the M8x50MM TV BOLTS which can be combined with (2pcs) 2.5mm spacers to achieve the M8x45mm requirement/specifications.
