Do they shrink after a wash and going through the dryer?

I hand wash mine and hang dry and absolutely no fabric softener.

Can you wash this with the tide pods?

They say to hand wash and hang to dry. I machine wash with Gain pods, then hang to dry. I use a little stain remover spray too and haven't had any problems. They even still fit fine after machine washing.

Can they be worn without a pad?

I would say yes but only if the period is light. On heavier days I always wear a pad.

Can you swim with these?

We do not recommend that you wear it to swim during menstrual flow, because the underwear will absorb water, this period underwear is an extra leak-proof function during menstruation.

Did these shrink in the wash?

Even though they say hand wash I did wash them on delicate/cold and air dried them. They didn't shrink.
