Bernat 2-Pack - Softee Chunky Yarn, Emerald, Single Ball

The customer experience with the Bernat 2-Pack - Softee Chunky Yarn in Emerald reflects a mixture of admiration for the color and significant disappointment regarding quality control and vendor support. Many users appreciate the vibrant, pretty shade of green; however, they have encountered frustrating issues with the yarn itself, which overshadows the positive aesthetic appeal. The yarn has been particularly criticized for unexpected cuts and damage within the skein, making it less functional for projects. Additionally, a strong, unpleasant odor resembling heavy perfume has been reported, causing allergic reactions for some users and requiring them to air out the product before usage. This issue highlights a lack of quality assurance during manufacturing and packaging. Compounding these concerns is the response from the seller, which has been deemed unsatisfactory by various customers. Many feel that they have not received proper support regarding their complaints, creating a sense of isolation in addressing these problems. This lack of accountability has further diminished the overall customer experience. In summary, while the Bernat Softee Chunky Yarn in Emerald offers a visually appealing color, significant quality issues pertaining to odor, damage, and insufficient customer service have left several customers dissatisfied with their purchase. **
