The Yabano Espresso Machine seems to divide opinion. Some users find it challenging, particularly locking the brew basket in place and frothing milk. Some found the frother not to be effective, sometimes foaming too much, sometimes not enough. For others, however, the Yabano option represented a significant cost-saving versus buying coffee outside the home (a maximum 4x usage a day, $5 per cup). One user recommended investing in a separate milk frother to pour at the same time coffee is ready. Users noted the steamer must be used with caution and clear water could be used to release any clogged milk from the nozzle. Although one user noted that the product's lid was broken, and another felt the coffee was more like a strong drip than true espresso. The metal frother cannot be removed, but washing after each use helps maintain it.
