Question : Who should use InterFase Plus?
Answer : InterFase Plus is intended for use under the direction of a healthcare professional.
Question : Does InterFase Plus contain any allergens?
Answer : No, it is free of common allergens such as milk/casein, fish, shellfish, peanuts, wheat, gluten, and soybeans.
Question : Are there any usage restrictions for InterFase Plus?
Answer : Yes, it is not intended for long-term daily use. Pregnant or nursing women, individuals with kidney or liver conditions, and those below the age of 18 should not use this product.
Question : Do I need a separate product to carry any bacteria or metals out of the system after this product releases them?
Answer : This product contains EDTA, a heavy metal chelator. Please don't take zeolites, Keri S. is misinformed. Zeolites have an aluminum backbone which releases aluminum into the body when exposed to your stomach acid. Zeolites are a horrible chelator. I would recommend activated charcoal if you want additional protection.
Question : What is the safe upper limit on daily use for this product?
Answer : I would assume it is dependent on why you’re taking the supplement. My physician had me take two tablets at night 2 hours after my last meal. This was for Candida overgrowth in my GI trac due to diminished gut flora from antibiotics. I did two cycles with this a total of 8 weeks.
Question : How doesn't this compare to Candex?
Answer : Candex is completely different. The enzymes in Candex are for digesting the cellulose wall of Candida, but not for breaking down biofilms or chelating to heavy metals (that's the EDTA in Interfase).
Question : What is the difference between Interfase and Interfase Plus?
Answer : The Plus version adds EDTA. See manufacturer website (find through Internet search) for more information.
Question : This has made me so sick in just 3 days. Anyone else have issues with extreme fatigue, weight loss, sweating, no appetite, shaking? I feel really unwell.
Answer : The EDTA in this formula binds to minerals and removes them through the kidneys. This formula can cause extreme mineral deficiency and stress the kidneys. The only time you would take this is for a week or so when having mercury fillings removed & under doctor supervision. The mineral deficiency can cause loss of hair, appetite, and energy not to mention the stress on your kidneys.
Question : Is this a probiotic?
Answer : No. It is a composition of different enzymes that are supposed to, for example, break down a biofilm of bacteria that you want to get rid of. If you search for probiotics, look at the ingredients and there you can find different bacilli (lactobacillus, etc.). Probiotics are meant to build up your flora (vaginal or intestinal). Your flora has colonies of bacteria that are necessary for your body and well-being to function. For some people, it may be destroyed and that's why probiotics can help.
Question : How much of the lysozyme is in this product?
Answer : It's a proprietary blend. So, they don't share what the amounts are. (trade secret to protect their product from being copied/reproduced by others)
Question : Is this resistance against yeast? It only worked the first time I used it.
Answer : It gets rid of the biofilm that the yeast creates, making it hard to rid from the body.
