No it will not fit well. We use them on baby alive dolls. Hope that helps.

No you will most definitely need micro preemie diapers preemie was large on my 5lb baby and he was 17 and ³/⁴ long

I don't know. I dress teddy bears for the Salvation Army every year & use the preemie diapers on the bears before I put their outfits on.
