It will rotate back to where you are freely inverted and it is out of your way, but just barely. It will not flip over and dump you.

I have two questions i hope someone can answer, 1). Whats the weight limit? And 2.) is it good for seniors over 70?

The weight limit is 300 lbs. This device is known to be beneficial for all ages but as with anything, please consult your doctor first.

How do you put the table extension together? Which side do the screws and bolts go? No videos and instructions do not show. Please help.

There should be a set of plastic pages included that have instructions. If not see if You-Tube has instructions.

Which machine is the best one?

I have The Teeter EP-560 and it’s great. Does everything I need and has all the safety features too.
