Yes, it only takes a few minutes to install OBDGuard. It comes with a 1/4 inch hex drive winged adaptor for the security bit to install/remove security screws.

Can OBDGuard be removed if access is required to the OBD connector?

Yes, it can be removed in minutes using the supplied special Key.

How does it secure to the OBD port?

The Port Lock latches on to that protrusion preventing it from being removed.

If we would want to switch out the screws for more specialized ones, are the threads a universal pitch/count that could be bought elsewhere?

Yes, the screws are metric and are universal. M5

Do you have a video showing how to install the device?

We have an older video on Youtube that shows how to install it. We will make a new video and release it in the very near future.

Will this fit a 2019 ford mustang? you only list 2021 fords in your video.

It should have no problem fitting your vehicle since all cars are supposed to follow the universal OBD II design. If it does not fit we will be happy to refund your money.

Will this fit a 2022 dodge challenger?

We have not verified the device for the 2022 Challenger. If the device does not fit your vehicle we will document it as such, publish it and be happy to refund your money.

How is the new updated design shipping as of 2/23/23 20% stronger?

The arm portion of the unit has been slightly enlarged and the chamfer increased. The older units are fine but the engineer decided to make the units more robust.
