The puzzle features iconic Disney characters in Thomas Kinkade's signature style. While the image is stunning, there have been Consistent complaints about the quality of the puzzle pieces. Many customers have reported missing pieces or pieces that do not line up correctly. There have also been complaints about the boarders not being straight due to a cutting error, and the puzzle pieces falling apart. Although some customers have had success in exchanging defective puzzles, be aware that Ceaco does not supply individual missing pieces. If you can overlook the quality issues, the puzzle itself is entertaining and satisfying to complete.
