- Question : Do you have to change settings from carpet length to bare floor and if so do you have to bend down to change them?Answer : No, I do not and have no problems. There’s a button on top that you can press that says “brush roll” and that will make it a little closer to the ground.
- Question : Would this be good for 80% older medium pile carpet, 2 dogs and 2 cats?Answer : All I can say is it has great suction, we have a German Shepherd and a lot of hair.
