Will it work on induction cooktops?

Stainless, cast iron and enameled cookware generally ok. Some cladded pans as well.

Have any of you considered the multi-ply set from Cooks Standard and Tramontina? If so, what made you choose Cuisinart?

I purchase Tramontina many years ago because I thought it was a set that I could grow with.

Why are mine yes-stick and black after the first use? I have been boiling them with dish washer to see if i can remove the stains with no luck at all

The blackness is charred glazing from whatever your cooking.

Can I stack the pots?

They are very hard to stack because of their lids.

Is it worth it get the triple ply stainless steel over the multiclad pro stainless steel?

To be honest, I am sorry I bought them.

How do these compare to All-Clad (for example, All-Clad 501853 Gourmet Stainless Steel 10-Piece Cookware Set)? Cleaning/Cooking?
