The power station can be used while charging and it can be charged through a wall charger, a car charging cable, or solar panels using the connectors provided. The Jackery Explorer 1000 weighs approximately 22 pounds and is like a six pack igloo cooler in size. Customers have found this to be a reliable source of energy that can be used in emergencies, during power outages, for boondocking, and camping trips.
