Answer : Why would you want to use that in a shower? If it's for the deodorizing/cleaning powers of the d-limonene, there are recipes online for strengthening dish soap with about 20% of d-limonene, and adding it to cosmetics in about 5% to 10% weight ratio (together with an equal amount of polysorbate 20). Question : Why is a 4 pack of the one gallon container almost twice as expensive per unit as 4 individual containers?
Answer : The 4 pack is a different manufacturer, Cleanhandz, and is more expensive as it is made with aloe, vit E, pumice, and mineral oil so your hands don't dry out from using. All Permatex products, including this one, have a usable shelf life of two years from the date of manufacture.

Question : Has anyone used this to prevent an outbreak of poison oak/ivy after being exposed?
Answer : I have had excellent results removing poison ivy rashes and even better using right after suspected exposure by MIXING GOJO WITH JOY DISH SOAP. And $9/Gal seems to be a good price. (Friend saw a study where a research indicated that any way to remove oil or grease is the best way for urish oil (poison ivy) too. Try it. I keep booth within arms reach of the shower now.
Question : I have to wash superglue off my hands multiple times a day. Will this stuff help quicken the process? thanks
Answer : It honestly couldn't hurt to try. This stuff is the best.
Question : Pumice vs smooth? Which cleans better? Does one leave your skin drier than the other?
Answer : It does have pumice, but not at all irritating. I don't think it dries out my skin at all.....does work better with a bit of water, but not needed.
