Has anyone used these for running (not jogging ) and how did they hold up staying in place?

I use them at the gym cardio machines at the end of my workout. Have better grip than pi7. I don’t run outside at all nowadays.

How does it compare to the old ones?

Way better quality, clarity and potency, also volume. The EarPods have better grip.

Can you pause music by tapping one of the earbuds?

Correct, simply tap the left or right earbud to pause and play music.
