The JBL Pulse 5 is a portable Bluetooth speaker that features stunning RGB lights and original pro sound. Overall, customers have mixed feelings about the product. One customer reported receiving an empty box with only the instructions, which is disappointing. However, the speaker is praised for its beautiful design and RGB lights. Unfortunately, the sound quality does not live up to expectations. At higher volumes, the speaker bottoms out and distorts, which is a major drawback.
