The mandolin slicer has only one slicing blade that can slice thinly enough to make thin potato chips. The medium size produces bigger cubes while the small one makes smaller cubes. It is also perfect for dicing tomatoes and making salsa in seconds. It is easy and safe to use, and the blades are sharp and easy to change out. The Fullstar Compact Vegetable Chopper is a perfect little gadget that makes prepping dinner much easier and salads much simpler to prepare.
