The Bestway Headboard 18 Queen Air Mattress with Built-in Pump is a comfortable and well-made airbed that comes with a handy built-in headboard for extra comfort. The mattress is easy to use with a plug-and-play design and a cord compartment next to the dial control. The size and height of the bed are good, and it stays inflated without going flat. However, like all airbeds, it is heavy to fold up. Some customers experienced issues with durability and holes appearing, as well as problems with the built-in pump. Additionally, some customers had issues with incorrect orders and missing pieces, and poor customer service when trying to resolve issues.
