The Adesso iMouse T50 is a wireless ergonomic finger trackball mouse with a programmable 7 button design and 5 level DPI switch that can be used by both left and right-handers. The trackball’s X and Y axis can be reversed via the software and buttons can be programmed, except for the left and right click buttons-some users had issues with programmable buttons on a Mac since it is only compatible with Windows. The ball comes out easily for cleaning purposes. One issue is the awkward placement of the scroll ball, and for some, this made it difficult to scroll with your thumb. Some users found the wheel position uncomfortable, but it took a while to take some time getting used to the position. It is an affordable alternative to the Kensington Expert, and is larger than a handheld unit.
