How does this roll out to the sides when you target your obliques? Does it have friction?

It came to me with only one plastic gasket, so I had to use a rubber washer and O-ring on one side of the wheel to have it fixed on the axle. This arrangement put some (not big) side pressure on the ball bearings. One of them disintegrated after less than 10 exercises (balls dropped inside the wheel along with rubber shield). The bearings are really cheap and of low quality (shallow groove, no case that holds the balls equally distributed along the groove). I replaced them with a couple of quality deep groove SKF 6202-2RHS/C3 ball bearings. So far, so good. There are no wheel side movements during exercises and still the wheel freely rotates.
