    Answer : Range control allows you to lock a temperature range of your choice. Cielo Linked lets you link your central air with a ductless air conditioner using compatible Cielo smart AC controllers and set automations for both to operate based on conditions of your choice.
  • Question : Can I use the original remote as well with Cielo Breez?
    Answer : Yes, you can use the original remote and your cell phone to control it.
  • Question : What is the minimum cooling set point for this device?
    Answer : The BTU size doesn’t matter. This item works perfectly for my window air conditioner.
  • Question : Can you set up thermostats in 2 different houses on one app?
    Answer : One app controls all of your devices. Each setup shows in the app.
  • Question : Does Cielo Breeze require an internet connection to work with the schedule after it has been configured?
    Answer : Yes, it uses the app for scheduling which talks to the Cielo Breeze device via the internet. The schedule is not stored on the device but your app.
  • Question : Can I ask Alexa to set a specific temperature for my room with this device?
    Answer : I don’t know the answer as I don’t have it working with Alexa, but you can use it automatically to turn on and off at certain times and at the required temperature. You will receive a notification on your phone regarding the on/off and temperature and humidity of the room where you have the device.
  • Question : Will Cielo Breez work with my Mitsubishi model # msz-gl24na split system heat pump?
    Answer : Yes.
  • Question : Will this work on a 10000 BTU air conditioner?
    Answer : As long as the air conditioner comes with an IR remote control. You can reach out to Cielo support any time Mon - Fri 9 am to 9 pm.

    Answer : Yes, you can create zones, add your Cielo Breez devices to a zone, and control them all at once. You can also create multiple zones, for example, one for the upper story and another for the lower story.

Cielo Breez BL102WA Accessories Editorial Review

The Cielo Breez Lite is a smart AC controller that can be used on various air conditioning units. It has a lot of features such as scheduling, geofencing, and voice control. It possesses two modes; Auto mode and Comfy mode, which give users more control. The Range control function is absent, and the Wi-Fi connection range is not as good as some other Smart AC controllers. It can only store schedules on the App, and it doesn't have built-in routines. Other crucial information is the device's compatibility, which is over 2,000 AC units from a variety of manufacturers. It is not suitable for people who are already using ACs that have basic Wi-Fi control built-in. The product delivers outstanding results and offers good value for money, at the same time saving energy. Nonetheless, its app could be more user-friendly, and it doesn't connect to Alexa.
