Does this also fit dulcimers and/or ukuleles?

Probably, the space for the tuning knob is 5/16" X 15/16". It fits both my Mahalo Uke and our Fender acoustic guitar.

JIM DUNLOP 100 SL String Winders Editorial Review

The Dunlop 100SI Stringwinder is a convenient tool for quickly restringing your guitar. The tool spins the guitar tuners quickly making the task of restringing an easy process. It's made of plastic and doesn't seem to hold up well with frequent use. Some customers have reported it breaking after a short period of time. Others found the key slot to be too wide, causing the shank to hit other tuners. While the tool works well for personal use, it may not be durable enough for use in a guitar shop.
