An editorial review on this bed would highlight the exceptional customer service provided by both Walmart and the seller Luosi Ge. The customer had a terrible experience with FedEx delivery as the package was left at a dangerous angle by the garage door which ruined the bed parts due to the pouring rain. The box was also completely broken at the bottom. However, both Walmart and the seller were quick to reply and offered helpful options to mitigate the situation. The customer was extremely impressed with the customer service and would definitely buy from the seller again.
