The GIGABYTE Z790 AORUS Xtreme is an extensive motherboard with DDR5 memory support that provides you with a broad range of connectors and features. The motherboard offers Intel LGA 1700 Socket, which supports 12th Gen Intel Core Series Processors. With the board's I/O panel, you get all the USB 3.2 connections you could want, including 10Gbit lan and a Wi-Fi 6E Intel. The Audio codec is also up to the mark, providing fantastic sound quality. The Gigabyte RGB software is still terrible, but that's a minor inconvenience compared to the current price of this board. If you can get your hands on a cheap 11th Gen CPU, this is an excellent home for it. However, the board has some quirks, including the slow boot times of up to 30 seconds, and waking from sleep takes about 15 seconds. There's also a strange issue where the mouse will turn itself on and off a few times during wake-up from sleep, causing a delay of up to 10 seconds to stabilize. On the other hand, the board has very sturdy materials and is very well made. It provides multiple connectors, excellent isolation, and cooling systems that keep your system cool and stable even at modest overclocking speeds. The board has a few minor issues, but it's still a great deal.
