- Question : What do I mix the Odo-Ban concentrate with?Answer : Mix with water! The amount of water depends on the application. Mix 5 parts water to one part concentrate for an air freshener formula to eliminate the worst of odors. Mix 4 oz. per gallon of water for mopping. Mix 7 oz. per gallon to make a solution that is bactericidal, virucidal, an fungicidal on hard nonporous surfaces. A use-solution chart is on the label. It is neutral pH cleaner that can be mixed with water depending on the application. The ready-to-use spray is equivalent in strength to 1 part OdoBan and 5 parts water. It is also bactericidal, virucidal, and fungicidal on hard nonporous surfaces. In terms of scent, there are mixed reviews. Some customers found the eucalyptus and lavender scent to be sweet and unpleasant, while others were happy with the new pleasant scent. However, the scent was not as strong as some customers expected. The OdoBan Deodorizer and Disinfectant product is highly recommended by customers who have used it to eliminate odors from trash cans, smelly containers, and homes with messy pets. It is an effective cleaner that disinfects surfaces and eliminates odors.
