- Question : Can you use regular milk instead of waterr to mix the butter milk powderr in?Answer : I’ve mixed the this buttermilk powder with milk, half and half, cream, fruit juice, and seltzer. When I do so, I add the buttermilk powder as a dry ingredient and the various liquids as a liquid ingredient. I’ve been happy with the results over the years and so have those others who eat my creations.
- Question : is this made from rbgh-free milk?Answer : The policy of Hoosier Hill Farm is to provide products free of any bovine growth hormone drugs (including rBST). Our milk supplier(s) have signed affidavits stating that they do not use these drugs. Therefore, we can certify that our products are free from these hormones. Thank you!
