- Question : Has anyone found a reusable espresso pod for this machine?Answer : DO NOT use stainless steel reusable pods. The machine uses a special puncture system that will break and ruin the espresso slot. It is worth testing plastic pods instead.
- Question : It Keeps saying to add water but my reservoir is full. Why?Answer : You may need to return the machine as this is a known issue with Ninja machines.
- Question : Can this only make espresso coffee from pods? Or can it make nespresso manually from ground coffee beans?Answer : This machine can only make espresso with the pods. It does do a great job with drip coffee though.
- Question : Are both the espresso and coffee grounds tray adjustable?Answer : The coffee ground side has a flip down tray for a single cup. The espresso side has a multi-position tray for cups of all sizes.
- Question : What reusable/permanent coffee filter would fit this?Answer : The only reusable coffee filter offered for this machine is by Ninja.
- Question : How tall is the machine?Answer : The height is not known, but it is a great gift according to the reviews.
- Question : Does the warming tray have an auto shut off?Answer : The warming tray has adjustable time settings and temperature control. It is set to medium temperature and 2 hours when you first receive it.

Customers have had some questions about compatible reusable pods and permanent coffee filters, the size of the machine, and whether it has an auto-brew function or a hot water dispenser. Other feedback includes that the machine is a bit loud, but makes fantastic coffee and is simple to use.
