It doesn’t say how long it’s good for once opened. It just says expiration date on package. The one I just got has an expiration date of 09-27-21. I use it twice a day and it lasts me almost a month.

How is the antimicrobial formula different than the regular theratears Sterilid eyelid cleanser? I think I bought the regular formula by mistake.

The antimicrobial formula is designed to prevent infections. It will do a good job cleaning dirt, makeup, etc. from the lid area.
