I run 5 days a week in these (indoor track). They are light and have great cushion. Pay no attention to any negative comments. There are several worse options. My only issue is some funkiness even after washing. Small price to pay for better health. Typical usage is between 1-3 miles 10-30 minutes. Worn these for 4.5 months. Still in great shape. Throw in washer and air dry.

Yes, they have great support all the way around. These are very lite and very comfortable.

Are the shoes machine washable ? I am seeing mixed answer. Can the seller confirm ?

Yes. By hand or machine and air dry!

I wear a 10m in Nike what size adidas should I get?

I would go with a 10. I wear a 10m and 10.5 in some Nikes and a 10 did perfect, and I love these shoes. I have since purchased 5 pair all but the white.

Why are the red adidas lite racer adapt 4.0 shoes more than the other colors?

They are the hardest to find and are not carried in stock by as many sellers. So due to supply and demand they get us by charging more. Hope this helped
