This upgraded cassette to MP3 digital converter has received mixed reviews. Customers have found it easy to convert old cassette tapes to MP3 files and it is compatible with both Mac laptops and personal computers. For those without a CD drive, a software download is required but this was not difficult to obtain. However, there have been some complaints about the quality of the product with one customer experiencing issues with the play button not staying down to record and another experiencing a faulty speaker.
