Will the mug/tumbler attachments work for the skinny tumblers and jars as well as the regular tumblers that are smaller at bottom than the top?

It comes with 4 heating sleeves. Regular mug size, then can glass length. These 2 are the straight size for can glass and skinny tumblers. Then the other 2 are tapered for small and larger tumblers.

What settings are you using for sublimating shirts?

For sublimation I do 350 to 385 for 50 sec this machine gets realllllllly hot so it depends on the type of shirt and the material being used. As for vinyl I use 305 for 15 sec no matter what.

What fabric is the included tshirt made of?

Are you talking about the mats? You get 2 mats and 2 silicone sheets.

Can you use on sweatshirts?

I have used this on anything I have that is fabric and can withstand the high heat. Do not use on 100% polyester but I have done zip up hoodies and a sweatshirt, t-shirts, bags, fabric for projects, hand towels etc.

What do I do if my up arrow button is stuck?

Shut it off and turn it back on.

Can you purchase larger mug press plates?

It comes with all the cup sizes.
