The YIHUA 948DQ-I Solder Fume Extractor Fan works fairly well for its size. It effectively absorbs and removes smoke and fumes produced during soldering. The included flexible helping hands offer an additional advantage during soldering work. Although the product is well built and sturdy, it takes up significant space and the stand is not very stable when tilted. The additional extra filters included are durable, but some customers had difficulty keeping the back filter in place, which requires attention from the manufacturer in future iterations of the product. The suction power is decent, but some customers wished it had a slightly more. Overall, it is a good choice for a small workspace as long as it is placed close to the soldering project.
