The AirPods Pro Generation 2 is an improvement from the first generation. It has a stem volume control, a FindMy speaker, a lanyard connector, and a new driver. It also has a better noise cancellation mode and transparency mode, the newest Apple H2 chip, Bluetooth 5.3, and around 25% better battery. It can be used as a hearing enhancement, although not a real hearing aid, by inputting an audiogram. AppleCare+ can be added to the purchase within 60 days. Customer reception of this product is mixed. Some have experienced issues with the product, such as static and buzzing noise or difficulty staying in the ears during workouts. However, others have raved about the deep bass and detail in the sound, as well as its noise cancellation feature. Many have also praised its easy pairing with other apple products.
