I looked all over the case inside and out, all the knives and all the blades and it does not say anything on it. So I do not know where they were made. They did not send anything with it as far as papers or anything. Sorry I can't answer this question for you. It is so hard to find things made in the USA that we are looking for, so if I had to guess I would say no it's not made in the USA ( but I hope I am wrong) if you ever find out where it was made could you let me know please and thank you!!!

Do they work to cut cloth shapes?

I have not tried to cut cloth shapes with it. I am sure it would not be a problem because these blades are razor sharp.

Do any of the handles swivel?

No, they don't. They work well, they just take some getting use to with what pressure to use. I use mine to make stencils and I had some pretty good ones within an hour of use the first time I used them.

Where is this product manufactured? I couldn't find it on the website for the company, which seems to be a manufacturer of beauty 'tools.'

I checked. It doesn't say anywhere on the box or in the instructions.

Can blades be replaced after they go dull?

This company does sell replacement blades and yes you can purchase them.

Will these blades cut through .007 plastic?

Yes they will. You may have to go over it once or twice, but it will definitely cut through it.
