- Question : Does this product have independent performance testing results posted anywhere?Answer : I don't know of any independent testing, but I can share my own experience. I have used this product on a 6-day canoe trip with no problems and found it highly recommended.
- Question : How to use and hang the gravity bag?Answer : To use, open the gravity bag and fill it with water. Close the seal tightly, roll the seal one to three times, and insert the buckle tightly to finish sealing. Hang the water bag on a trunk using the adjustable tree strap.
- Question : Can the filter withstand freezing?Answer : The filter may withstand freezing temperatures, but it is recommended to remove the filter straw and store it in a safe place until needed again.
