It is made of premium ABS plastic and comes with a counter with a bearing system. The product is relatively quiet, and the weight of the ball is 10.6 oz or 300 grams, which is adjustable by reducing or adding sand. The Hoop is easy to assemble and provides a fun workout experience and is an excellent way to maintain posture. Although, some customers reported that the weight of the ball falls off during use. Some customers find it challenging to use while others claimed to have great results.
